1. Introduction

Welcome to Durolt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our luggage locker services (“Service”) through our website www.durolt.com or associated mobile applications. By accessing or using our lockers, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Website Terms of Use (together, the “Agreement”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed to use the services.


2. Eligibility

Use of our services is permitted only to:

  • Individuals who are at least 18 years of age or minors under parental supervision.
  • Legal entities authorized to transact under applicable Indian laws.
  • Non-Indian residents, to the extent allowed under applicable local and Indian law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.


3. Locker Definition and Usage

  • Lockers are provided for the temporary, personal storage of belongings lawfully owned by you.
  • You must select a locker appropriate for the volume of your items. We reserve the right to upgrade the locker size at applicable rates if your belongings exceed the chosen capacity.
  • No bailment relationship is created; we are not a warehouse keeper.

4. Term & Billing

  • The agreement begins when you reserve a locker and continues on a daily renewal basis.
  • You must pay all applicable locker rental fees in advance using UPI, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer.
  • Deposits, if collected, will be adjusted against dues and refunded accordingly upon exit.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Items

You must not store the following:

  • Illegal or dangerous items (e.g., weapons, narcotics, explosives)
  • Perishable goods, cash, jewelry, collectibles, radioactive or hazardous materials
  • Any item causing nuisance, smell, leakage, or security risk

We reserve the right to deny access, without refund, under circumstances like:

  • Technical maintenance
  • Safety concerns (e.g., natural disasters, lockdowns)
  • Violation of these terms

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure (e.g., door not unlocking after payment)
  • False availability of lockers
  • Double payment explicitly instructed by our support team

Refunds are not applicable for user errors or change of mind after usage begins.


7. Customer Support & Resolution

If you face any issue:

  • Call the number displayed on the locker unit
  • Or reach out to on-site personnel (if available)

In rare cases of service failure:

  • A technician will resolve the issue within 2–4 hours
  • If delay impacts travel, we may:
    • Refund applicable travel tickets
    • Deliver your bags to your preferred address at our cost (upon ID and booking verification)

8. Liability & Indemnity

We do not verify the contents stored in lockers and accept no liability for loss, damage, or theft. You are fully responsible for:

  • Locker contents
  • Any legal violations due to stored items

You agree to indemnify Durolt against all claims, losses, or damages resulting from your locker usage.


9. Arbitration & Jurisdiction

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration with a mutually agreed arbitrator.
  • Arbitration is to be conducted individually (no class actions).
  • Costs to be shared equally.
  • Jurisdiction: Courts of Pune, Maharashtra (India)

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.


11. Notices

If rent is unpaid beyond 1 day, you may be asked to vacate the locker. Continued non-payment may lead to disposal or sale of your property.

All notices will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to:

  • Provide and maintain an active email address
  • Share a backup contact for emergency communication

12. General Terms

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Durolt.
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
